Accessing Team Management
Menu Settings > Teams
Teams List
This page displays all teams in your organization along with the number of collaborators assigned to each.
Key Features
- ? Search: filter teams by name.
- ➕ Add a team: create a new team.
- ? Columns:
- Name (sortable, filterable)
- Collaborators (count per team)
- ⋯ Actions: open the management options (depending on permissions).
- ⏭️ Pagination and page size selector at the bottom.
? Tip: Structure your teams by business unit (e.g., Sales, Support, Tech) for easier allocation and reporting.
Team Detail View
The team detail screen allows you to define the team’s identity, assign managers and collaborators, and set availability if needed.
General Information
- Team name: label shown in the back office and selection menus.
- Team color
Team Managers
- Add one or more managers (search by name, first name, or email).
- Managers can view the calendar and manage appointments for the team members.
- Remove a manager using the ✕ icon.
Team Collaborators
- Add/remove collaborators from the team (search supported).
- Collaborators inherit the team’s shared properties (depending on configuration).
Team Availability
Define recurring weekly hours if you want to open slots directly under the team rather than per individual collaborator.
- By default, each day is set to Closed.
- Use Add opening slot to create one or more time ranges within a day.
- These slots apply every week of the year.
Advanced
- External ID: technical identifier for linking the team with third-party tools (API/CRM).
Danger Zone
- Delete: irreversible action that also deletes all related objects.
Save
Click “Save” to apply your changes to the team.
Best Practices
- Create teams based on scope (business unit, geography, product).
- Assign at least one manager per team for better coordination.
- Use team availability only if every member of the team has the same schedule ; otherwise, rely on collaborator availability.
- Fill in the External ID if you synchronize the team with external systems.
