How to Access Category Management

Menu Settings > Categories

Categories List

This screen displays all configured service categories for your organization.



Available Features

  • Search bar: quickly filter by category name
  • “New” button: create a new category
  • ☑️ Multi-selection (for future batch actions)
  • Displayed columns:
    • Category name
    • Associated color (color dot)
 Tip: Colors are used in the calendar to visually distinguish services by category.

Category Details

This screen allows you to configure or edit a category, link it to services, and apply a color and image.



General Information

  • Name: displayed in the widget and admin interface
  • Illustration: image used to visually identify the category (optional)
  • Parent Category: used to group categories hierarchically (optional)
  • Color: displayed in the calendar for visual grouping

Linked Services

  • Displays all services assigned to this category
  • Allows adding or removing services
  • Filterable by name or location

Advanced Options

  • External ID: used for third-party integrations (API, CRM, etc.)

Danger Zone

  • Deleting a category is irreversible

Save

Once your changes are done, click “Save” to apply them.
