New features & improvements

• We've launched a new Communication module, accessible directly from the main navigation. It lets you create and send email and SMS campaigns, manage a library of reusable templates (email and SMS), browse your campaigns with search and filters, and view full campaign details including recipients and content preview. Email templates support a rich content editor, dynamic text, and attachments; SMS templates include a real-time character counter.
• We've added a "Forgot password" email template in the reseller console, allowing customization of the password reset email sent to users on the W2 and NH login screens.
• We've added SMS marketing consent to the contact card, with separate toggles for email and SMS marketing communications.

Fixes

• We've fixed an issue in the Automations module where selecting a trigger was incorrectly resetting the page during workflow creation.
• We've fixed a missing Automations menu item in single-establishment accounts that have the corresponding feature enabled.
• We've fixed an issue where saving a backup email address incorrectly required a password of at least 8 characters.
• We've fixed a display issue with all-day events from Apple ICS calendars, which were incorrectly shown as spanning two days, and improved the immediate removal of an ICS calendar when deleted.
• We've fixed an issue in staff profiles where entering an ICS URL triggered a validation error from the very first character typed.
• We've fixed an issue where the Google Business Review dynamic field was no longer returned in post-event review message templates.
