New features & improvements

• Change the service of an existing appointment without cancelling and recreating it.
• View clearer appointment details, including the contact’s phone number, booking source, and status colors in the history.
• Select multiple teams to find staff when creating an appointment, adding a staff participant or calendar, and assigning skills.
• Add a direct link to appointment details in email and SMS notifications sent to the staff member, with a full-page view for authorized users.

Fixes

• Planning PDF exports include all appointments for the day. Availability display and saving external calendars are more reliable.
• Services without custom settings correctly inherit the location’s cancellation and rescheduling rules.
• You can once again mark an appointment as In progress when a customer arrives early. No-show remains unavailable until the appointment’s start time has passed.
• Fixes to multi-account access, the booking flow, and several display and translation issues.
