New features & improvements
- We've rolled out multi-factor authentication (MFA). It can be enabled by each user from their preferences, activated for an entire account and its users, or enforced at the reseller level. Login with MFA is supported on both W2 and NH.
- Resellers can customize the MFA verification email template from the reseller console, and temporarily unblock MFA for a user from the administration console.
- We've added an API for the Communication module.
- We've added new permissions to restrict, for specific users, the modification of the company logo, the deletion of staff members, and the deletion of services.
- We've added a "Function" field to the staff profile.
- We've added skill details and skill management directly from the skills list in NH.
Fixes
This release also includes minor bug fixes.
