New features & improvements
- Manage automations in a dedicated module, with separate Scenarios, Messages and Logs tabs: build your scenarios, create reusable email messages (subject, rich text editor, dynamic text, attachments) and follow the execution history. Email templates already used in your workflows are automatically moved to the new message library.
- Apply official public holidays automatically to each location, based on its country and region, instead of creating closures manually.
- Automatically close online booking for a staff member whose external calendar synchronization fails, so that busy time slots are no longer offered. The synchronization status is now displayed in the staff list.
- Select several locations, staff members and services at once in the Link generator filters.
- Filter by job title when searching for an additional staff member on an appointment.
- Set dedicated privacy and marketing consent texts for appointments booked from the console on behalf of a customer.
- Set an appointment to Cancelled directly from the status drop-down list. The Completed status is no longer offered before the appointment date.
- Choose whether the user receives a notification when you invite them or update their access rights.
- When no customer reference is provided at booking, a unique reference is generated so that separate contact records are no longer merged by mistake.
Fixes
- The booking widget is more reliable: dates available again in the mini calendar, time parameter, staff name order, button order when rescheduling or cancelling, and translation when switching languages.
- Editing an appointment correctly displays the booking form and its fields, including the appointment note. Service colors are shown again in the calendar, and hidden days can be displayed in Day view.
