New appointment creation

Modified on Wed, 5 Jun at 2:49 PM

The Agendize dashboard makes it easy to schedule a new customer appointment via the back office.

Unlike the Personal appointments, customer appointments are linked to configured services, employees and one or more associated customer(s) or contact(s).

The Agendize dasboard allows you to manage different locations and branches.

So first select the location for which the appointment will take place. (if you only have one location, it will be automatically pre-selected and this step will be skiped)

Depending on the roles and qualifications of each employee, you need to assign a list of associated employees to each service.

You can also select the relevant employee from this list to assign the future appointment.

Here you can choose the service provided by the previously selected collaborator.

This will not only determine the length of the appointment, but also its location, or additional time required...

As a result of the elements selected, Agendize then shows you the actual availabilities.

These are updated in real time so you can schedule your appointment easily, taking all your constraints into account.

The results are based on your configuration and any synchronisations you have set up.

The customer or contact may or may not already exist. If this is not the case, you can create them directly when you enter the appointment.

In that case, fill in their contact details, including email address and phone number to which reminders and notifications can be sent automatically.

It is important to collect and validate the data collection agreement to validate the appointment.

Finally, your must confirm the appointment to be scheduled. Any unsaved changes will be lost if the appointment creation panel is closed without confirming and saving.

The appointment is then scheduled, notifications are sent and the appointment appears directly on your Calendar !
