Agendize reports give you an accurate overview of all the activity linked to your online appointment booking solution.

The dynamic dashboard informs you of areas of concern and alerts you to critical thresholds.

All the information can be extracted so that you can use the data on your spreadsheet.

My dashboard

The main tab allows you to display key information about the activity of your various establishments: departments, employees, trends, etc.

These statistics will enable you to identify any areas of tension that need to be taken into account when managing your teams, so that you can adjust the resources you need or better anticipate the actions you need to take.

Number of appointments, cancellations, time between booking date and appointment, or number of notifications sent (email and SMS), you can quickly access the data you need from the platform.

The dashboard is fully dynamic, use the filters "appointment date" and "appointment creation date" to automatically update the data over the chosen period.

Distribution by source

Various breakdown charts are then available. They allow you to highlight activity according to variable criteria: month, day, times, location, services, staff, appointment status, booking context, etc.

Use the sources added to your appointment-setting URL links (https://france.agendize.com/web/widget/?c=agendize&source=GMB&lang=fr) to track the performance of your various appointment-setting channels.

To do this, add "&source=..." to your url and fill in the required channel.

Depending on your strategy, you'll be able to invest more in the most effective sources and/or find leverage to develop usage on less-used channels.

The text is free: you can, for example, add "site", "intranet", "gmb", "campagne1234", "linkedin", etc. The new source will then appear automatically when the service is first booked.

View all the information on the network, or click on a location to focus on one or more branches in particular.

The various graphs are then automatically updated according to your criteria.

Each element (day, employee, etc.) can be clicked on in order to segment and analyse your activity.

Then click on "Clear filter" to return to the general view.

Status tracking

The Agendize platform allows you to qualify the various stages of appointments and automatically inform your users and staff at each stage of processing.

You can use your dashboard to track the status of your appointments (for example, the proportion of appointments waiting, refused or marked as completed), comparing them between your different establishments to identify best practice or any malfunctions.

Notifications are also an important factor in avoiding no-shows and optimising appointment scheduling. The "Deliverability of notifications" graph enables you to monitor the status of emails sent and identify any areas for optimisation.

Slots, loads and alerts

The dashboard gives you a clear view of the workload associated with your appointments and lets you create alerts that you can receive automatically by email.

To do this, click on the option button for the chart or table concerned, then select "Set an alert".

You can then define a threshold and the automatic action to be taken, such as sending an email when you reach a certain number of new customers per month, for example.

My targets

Managing reception flows or sales performance, the gauges linked to the "Your targets" tab give you a clear and rapid overview of the activity linked to appointments.

Finally, the 'My extracts' tab lets you view your figures and export them as required.

  • Appointment ID: unique number linked to the appointment

  • Contact ID: unique number linked to the contact

  • Location ID: unique number linked to the establishment

Generic extraction

The last tab in this report section is the generic extraction.

This will enable you to extract a set of data (locations, appointments, IDs, etc.) for a defined period.
