The contact card is a tool that gathers all important information about a contact within the system. It allows for quick management of interactions, appointments, and personal details.

General Information:

This section shows the basic information about the person.

  • Full Name: The full name of the contact. This is essential for identifying the individual.
  • Email: The email address used to communicate with the contact. It may include variations (like "+test") for testing or different addresses.
  • Phone: The contact’s mobile phone number for quick communication.
  • Contact Reference: "FARN31121969" is a unique identifier assigned to this contact. It helps distinguish this contact from others in the database.
  • TAG: The tag can be used for identifying your contact.
  • Position: The role or job title of the contact in his company. This can provide insight into the contact’s responsibilities.

Contact details:

  • Address: The physical address of the person or their company.
  • Email: The email address, also listed in the general information section, is repeated here to confirm contact details.
  • Phone: The phone number is also repeated for clarity.

Additional Information:

This section provides complementary details about the person.

  • Date of Birth: This may be used to personalize messages or offers.
  • Gender: The gender of the contact, which can help tailor communications.
  • Language: The primary language of the contact, is important to ensure communications are in their preferred language.
  • Notification Language: Specifies the language in which the contact wishes to receive notifications.
  • Email Consent: "No" indicates that the contact has not given consent to receive marketing emails or newsletters. It’s important to respect this preference to comply with data protection laws (like GDPR).
  • Creation Date: This indicates when the contact record was created in the system. This is useful for tracking when a contact was added or updated.

Actions:

Several actions can be performed directly from the contact card.

  • Schedule Appointment: This button allows you to book an appointment directly with the contact through a scheduling interface. It’s typically used for consultations, meetings, or other professional engagements.
  • Edit (Pencil Icon): This icon lets you edit the contact's information. If details have changed (new address, new job title, etc.), this is where you can update them.
  • History (Tab): A dedicated tab that displays all past interactions with this contact (such as sent emails, scheduled appointments, etc.). It helps keep track of interactions for effective follow-up.
