Welcome to your booking link generator!
No need to be a tech expert—just follow these simple steps. In a few clicks, you’ll have a link ready to use for online appointment scheduling.
Step 1: Choose Your Location
What is a location?
A location is your point of service. If you have multiple branches or physical offices, you need to specify which one will be associated with the booking link.
How to do it:
Search for your location:
Use the search bar at the top of the screen. Type the name of your agency or part of its address (e.g., "Troyes").Select it from the list:
Click on the location that appears (e.g., "Agendize - Troyes").
Each location includes its address to avoid confusion.
If you only have one location, select it directly.
Pro tip: Selecting the right location ensures your clients are directed to the right place!
Step 2: Select a Service Category
What is a service category?
A category groups similar services (e.g., "Insurance", "Mutual", or "SMB/Pro"). It acts like a menu that organizes your offerings.
How to do it:
Browse the list of available categories.
If you already know what you're looking for, use the search bar to save time.
Click the category that fits your service.
Can’t find your category?
No worries—it might mean you don’t have one. In that case, click “Skip” to move on.
Step 3: Choose a Service
What is a service?
The service is the appointment reason you want to offer to clients (e.g., “Auto Insurance”, “Full Health Check”). This is what you’ll be sharing.
How to do it:
Look at the list of services associated with the selected category.
Each service includes its duration (e.g., 30 minutes or 1 hour) and sometimes icons for location.
Click on the relevant service.
Pro tip: Choosing a specific service makes your link clearer and avoids confusion!
Step 4: Select a Team
What is a team?
Your company may be divided into several groups or departments (e.g., "Sales", "Product", "Marketing"). This step helps direct the client to the appropriate team.
How to do it:
Browse the available teams and choose the one that will handle the appointment.
Not sure which team to pick? Just click "Skip".
Practical Example:
If a client has a question about a specific product, send them to the “Product” team.
Step 5: Choose a Staff Member
What is a staff member?
A staff member is the person who will handle the appointment (e.g., "Clément Lejeune", "Nassere Faroka").
How to do it:
Use the search bar to find a name or scroll through the list.
Click the staff member you want.
If it doesn’t matter, click “Skip”.
Advantage: This allows you to personalize the client experience by assigning a specific contact person.
Step 6: Add a Contact
Why add a contact?
Associating a contact links the appointment to a specific person (client or prospect). This ensures you know who it's for.
How to do it:
Select an existing contact or click “Create a new contact”.
To create a contact, fill in the required fields:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone number
Click “Next” to continue.
Pro tip: The more details you provide, the more accurate your client tracking will be!
Step 7: Add Additional Information
Why is this step important?
Sometimes it’s useful to add extra information like the client’s company or job title. This helps you better prepare and personalize the appointment.
How to do it:
Fill in the fields if you have the info:
Company: Enter the name of the client’s business or organization (e.g., ACME).
Job Title: Specify their role or position (e.g., Product Manager).
Click “Next” to continue, or “Generate Link” if you’re done.
Pro tip: If company or job title aren’t relevant, just leave them blank or skip ahead.
Step 8: Add Extra Parameters (Optional)
Why add parameters?
Parameters allow for even more customization of your link (e.g., adding specific info like "Company = ACME").
How to do it:
Click “Add a parameter”.
Fill in the fields:
Key: What you want to add (e.g., "Company").
Value: The associated detail (e.g., "ACME").
Click “Add a parameter” again to insert more if needed.
Pro tip: This step is optional but useful for advanced tracking.
Step 9: Generate the Link
This is the final step!
Once all the information is filled in, click the “Generate Link” button.
Your link is now ready to be shared with your clients!
