How to configure your establishment's general information

By following these steps, you will ensure that your establishment is correctly presented on the platform, increasing clarity and attractiveness for your users and contacts.

The general information settings screen is essential to ensure that all the relevant information is correctly configured and accessible to users. Here's how to fill in each section in the best possible way.


Accessing locations's settings


To access this screen, go to the side menu of your dashboard and select 'Location's name' > General information. You will be taken to the screen for managing your location's information.


General information




  1. Establishment name: Enter the official name of your establishment. This name will appear on the appointment booking widget.
  2. Logo: Add your establishment's logo by dragging and dropping a file into the area provided or by clicking on "Add a file". Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, GIF and SVG and the maximum size is 5 MB.

  3. Description: Write a brief, informative description of your establishment. Use the formatting options (bold, italic, link) to improve the presentation of the text.

  4. Illustration: To add an illustration that will appear on the appointment booking widget, use the same method as for the logo. The formats and maximum size are identical.

  5. Visibility: Choose between "Public" (information about the establishment is visible on the widget) and "Hidden" (information is not displayed on the widget).


Location's address



  • Address: Enter the full address of your establishment, including any additional address required.
  • Postcode, Town, State/Province/Region, Country: Fill in these fields to locate your establishment precisely.
  • Access for people with reduced mobility (PRM): Activate this option if your establishment is accessible to people with reduced mobility.



An interactive map is available for manually adjusting the location of your establishment on the map.


Contact details


Enter the contact details for your establishment:

  • Email: Enter a valid email address to enable users to contact you.
  • Telephone: Enter your telephone number, choosing the appropriate country code.


Website and Social Networks



Add your links to online communication platforms to maximise your visibility:

  • Website: Enter the URL of your website.
  • Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn: Add the links to your pages on the corresponding social networks.


Danger Zone




The "Danger Zone" section is used to delete the location. Note that this action is irreversible and will result in the deletion of all data associated with the location (departments, employees, appointments, etc.).


Don't forget to click on the Save button at the top right of the screen to save all the changes you have made.
