View campaign details

After sending a campaign, or to look up a past campaign, you can view its full content in the detail panel. This view is read-only: no changes can be made from this screen.

Prerequisites

Access required: the Communication module requires an active payment profile key.

Where to start: in the left-hand side menu, click Communication, then the Campaigns tab.

Opening the campaign detail

From the campaign list in the central panel, click on a campaign.

• The selected campaign is highlighted in the list.
• The right panel displays the full detail of the campaign.

Good to know: the detail panel also opens automatically right after you send a new campaign.

What you can view

The detail panel displays the following information:

Header:

• The full subject of the campaign (not truncated).
• The send date and time (format: Wed. 14 Jan. 2026 - 16:45).
• The list of recipients. If the campaign was sent to multiple contacts, only the first names are shown. Click "See more" to expand the full list.

Content:

• For an email campaign: the content is displayed as received by the recipients (formatting preserved: headings, text, images).
• For an SMS campaign: the content is displayed as plain text.

Attachments:

• If the email campaign included attachments, they are listed at the bottom of the panel. Each file shows its type icon, name, and size.
• If the campaign had no attachment, this section is not displayed.

Reminder: the detail panel is read-only. You cannot modify a campaign that has already been sent. To communicate with your contacts again, create a new campaign.

Closing the detail panel

Click the "X" button at the top right of the panel.

• The panel returns to its empty state (message: "Select an item to read it.").
• No campaign is highlighted in the list anymore.
