Creating Message Templates for Events

Accessing the Templates Section

To create message templates that can be used for event-based automation (Workflows), follow this path in the console interface:

Contacts > Email Marketing > Message Templates



Available Template Types

You can create two types of templates:

  • Transactional
    These messages are linked to specific actions (e.g., appointment confirmation or rescheduling) and do not require marketing consent.
    Useful for automatically sending user-related notifications.

  • Marketing
    These templates require that the contact has provided marketing consent (opt-in).
    Used for promotional messages, follow-ups or newsletters.


Use in Workflows

Once a transactional template is created, it can be linked to a workflow to automatically send messages when a defined event occurs (e.g., new event registration, a session starts etc.).
