Reports · Extract
The Generic extraction of appointment booking data feature is designed to help you analyze the performance of your locations, services, collaborators, appointments and contacts over a given period.
This guide explains how to configure your exports to get the most relevant data for your business.
Step 1: Access the feature
- Log in to your account.
- In the main menu, go to Reports.
- Select the Generic extraction tab under "View my statistics".
This opens the export configuration screen.

Step 2: Choose the data to include in the export
The screen is organized into several sections, each representing a category of data you can include in your export. Here is a description of each category:
- Location: Select basic information about your locations, such as name, address, email, phone number and technical identifiers.
- Service: Includes information about your services, such as name, duration, price, capacity and associated categories.
- Collaborator: Lets you include data about collaborators, such as their last names, first names, emails, phone numbers and associated teams.
- Appointment: Contains appointment details, including start, end, status (including your custom statuses), creation date, booking interface and source, and additional information.
- Contact: Includes contact information for the people associated with appointments (last name, first name, email, phone number, contact reference).
Selecting fields
In each section, you can:
- Check the Select all box to include all the information in the category.
- Check individual fields you are interested in to create a custom export.
Step 3: Apply filters
On the right side of the screen, you will find two main filters:
- Period: Choose the start date and end date for the analysis. This lets you target a specific period (for example, a month or a quarter).
- Location: Select the location for which you want to extract data. If you have several locations, this lets you target a specific site for your export.
These filters help you restrict the exported data to a specific period and location, making the export more relevant and easier to analyze.
Step 4: Export the data
Once you have configured the data sections and filters:
- Check that you have selected all the fields you need.
- Click the Export data button.
A file containing all the selected information is then generated. You will receive a notification when it is ready to download. This file can be used for in-depth analysis in your usual tools (spreadsheet, BI software, etc.).
Use cases
Here are a few use cases to help you configure your exports effectively:
- Monthly appointment tracking: Use the Appointment fields to export appointment start and end information and status, in order to calculate the appointment completion rate for the past month.
- Collaborator evaluation: Check the fields in the Collaborator and Appointment sections to review each collaborator's performance (number of completed appointments, satisfaction rate, etc.).
- Performance analysis by location: Select data from the Location, Service and Appointment sections to see how a specific location compares with others in terms of activity volume and customer satisfaction.
Tips for better use
- Optimize your exports by selecting only the fields you need: This makes the file lighter and the information easier to read.
- Save your selection settings for recurring exports: If you regularly run the same type of export, keep your choices to save time.
- Use external identifiers for advanced analysis: By including external IDs, you can easily cross-reference your exported data with other databases or BI software.
Frequently asked questions
Q: I cannot export the data. What should I do?
A: Make sure you have selected at least one field in each data section and that the period and location are correctly set. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

A: The export tool currently works for one location at a time. To export data for several locations, repeat the procedure for each location.
