Online scheduling · Calendar overview

The calendar is the core of our product. It gives you a view of all your activity.

Your calendar is divided into two areas:

  • A navigation and filter area on the left
  • A calendar area on the right

The navigation and filter area

The navigation and filter area first lets you move between the different months and days of the year.

You can also add other calendars, for example to see your colleagues' calendars.

When you click the Add a calendar button, a pop-up opens with the list of calendars you have access to.

You can then select one or more calendars and click the Add calendars button. The selected calendars are then automatically displayed on the right side of the screen.

Finally, you can filter your calendar view by appointment type. You can display personal appointments, appointments from synchronizations, or canceled appointments. By default, canceled appointments are not displayed.

If you have access to several locations, you can filter your calendar by location. This gives you a summary view of your activity for the location you are working in.

The calendar area

The calendar area is divided into two parts:

  • An upper part with a navigation bar and options
  • A lower part that displays the calendar itself

The key feature of the upper part is changing the calendar view. Our calendar offers 4 view modes:

  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Agenda

Finally, you may see gray areas on your calendar. These areas represent the times outside the working hours defined in the settings.

Note
Note that when several calendars are selected, the gray areas combine the hours of all the selected calendars.
