What you will achieve

By the end of this guide, you will have a booking link ready to share with your clients and will have received your first test appointment.

Where is the configuration?
All configuration in your account (establishments, collaborators, services, notifications, etc.) is done from the Settings menu in the left side panel. This is the starting point for every step in this guide.

Step 1 — Configure your establishment

~10 minutes

The establishment is the starting point for all configuration. It defines the time slots offered to your clients and the contact details displayed in the widget.

  1. In the side menu, click on Settings, then on Establishments (or directly on your establishment name if you only have one).
  2. In the General information section, verify or fill in the establishment name.
  3. In the Establishment address section, enter the physical address where you welcome your clients.
  4. In the Establishment hours section: select your time zone (required), then for each open day click + Add a time slot and define your opening hours.
  5. Click Save.
? The establishment time zone is the reference used for the time slots offered to your clients.

Step 2 — Add a collaborator

~5 minutes

A collaborator is the person who performs the appointments. Without an active collaborator linked to a service, no time slots will appear in the widget.

  1. In the side menu, click on Settings > Establishments, select your establishment, then go to Collaborators.
  2. Click + New collaborator.
  3. Enter the Last name (required) and, ideally, the Email.
  4. Click Validate.
  5. Open the collaborator profile, then in the Recurring hours section, configure their availability slots day by day.
  6. Click Save.
? If you are the only collaborator, still create a profile for yourself — this is the profile that will appear in the widget.

Step 3 — Create a service

~5 minutes

The service is the appointment reason that your clients see and select in the widget. It must be linked to the collaborator created in the previous step for time slots to appear.

  1. In the side menu, click on Settings > Establishments, select your establishment, then go to Services.
  2. Click + New service.
  3. Enter the Service name, the Duration (in minutes) and leave visibility set to Public.
  4. Click Validate.
  5. Open the service profile, then in the Collaborators section, click + Add a collaborator and select the collaborator created in step 2.
  6. Click Save.
⚠️ It is the service-collaborator link that generates the available time slots. Without this association, the widget will show nothing.

Step 4 — Get your booking link

~2 minutes

Your widget is now configured with the minimum required. You just need to retrieve the link to share with your clients.

  1. In the side menu, click on Settings, then on Establishments.
  2. On your establishment row, click the ... icon at the end of the line.
  3. Click Share.
  4. In the window that opens, copy the widget link or open it directly to test it.

From the same window, you can also send the link by email or SMS, download a QR Code to display at your reception, or copy the iFrame code to embed the widget on your website.

Step 5 — Test by booking a first appointment

~5 minutes

Before sharing the link with your clients, perform a complete test from the widget to verify everything works as expected.

  1. Open the widget link in a private browsing tab (to simulate a real client).
  2. Select the service created in step 3.
  3. Choose the collaborator.
  4. Select an available time slot.
  5. Fill in the form with a test email address.
  6. Confirm the appointment.
  7. Verify that you receive a confirmation email at that address.
  8. In the console, go to Appointments > Calendar or List to confirm the appointment appeared.
? If no time slots appear, verify that the collaborator is active (column "Active" in the collaborators list) and that they are linked to the service (section "Collaborators" in the service profile).

Summary checklist

  • Establishment: name, address and opening hours filled in
  • Collaborator: profile created, recurring hours configured, status Active
  • Service: created with Public visibility, collaborator linked
  • Test: a test appointment could be booked from the widget
  • Test: the confirmation email was received
  • Test: the appointment appears in the console calendar

What's next?

Your widget is live. Here are the next steps to go further based on your needs.

  • Customize the widget appearance — Add your color, edit the texts shown to your clients.
  • Configure notifications — Review which notifications are sent to your clients and collaborators, and adjust reminders.
  • Adapt the booking form — Add custom fields to collect the information you need.
  • Define booking rules — Minimum lead time before booking, manual appointment validation, per-client limits.
  • Embed the widget on your website — Copy the iFrame code from the "Share" section of your establishment.
